Role Overview

Creative Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Create GenAI still-video assets to boost user retention
  
• Manage daily content publishing & scheduling on the platform
  
• Track, organize, and update metadata and episode pipelines
  
• Maintain internal trackers, QC episode details, and flag anomalies
  
• Coordinate with content, creative, and tech teams for smooth workflows
  
• Ensure consistency and accuracy across published audio content
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Arts

  (fresh grads / final-year students welcome)
• Strong organizational & time-management skills
  
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  
• Excellent verbal & written communication
  
• High attention to detail; thrive in fast-paced, tech-enabled environments
  
• Interest in audio storytelling, media, or digital content is a plus
