🎯 What You’ll Do
• Lead creative strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube
• Conceptualize performance-driven creatives (UGC, influencer, static, video)
• Write creative briefs, guide designers, and ensure execution is on point
• Analyze metrics like CTR, CVR, ROAS — and iterate like a pro
• Plan and execute A/B tests to optimize creatives
• Collaborate with motion designers, UA managers & product marketers
• Stay ahead of gaming trends, memes & creative formats
• Maintain a top-performing ad creative library
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years in creative management (preferably in gaming or youth-driven brands)
• Strong grip on ROAS, CPI, CTR, and optimization frameworks
• Hands-on with Figma, Adobe Suite, and performance creative tools
• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and YouTube formats
• Deep love for gaming, youth culture, and storytelling
• Organized, curious, creative — and a great communicator
• Bonus: Experience in UGC/influencer ad campaigns 🎥
