Your Role Overview: You will be part of the SAP Competence Center within the Group IT Services organization of Atlas Copco, specifically in the act! organization. Your role will involve ensuring that customer centers for various business areas can rely on a legally compliant, performant, stable, and well-supported business application. You will be working on a global scale, covering all time zones, to steer the digital roadmap of the Customer Centers and ensure the realization of this roadmap with the right quality and cost. Your role will play a crucial part in enabling efficient integrations to support reorganizations, mergers & acquisitions roadmaps of the business areas in a standardized group solution. As a SAP Finance and Controlling Solution Architect, you will provide leadership in creating, steering, and implementing solution architecture principles and guidelines in the involved area. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and Product Manager to ensure requirements gathering and a robust solution design. - Analyze and understand business and technical finance and controlling requirements, gather stakeholder requirements, conduct workshops, and create solution designs. - Support full lifecycle implementation and support of the act! SAP Finance and Controlling systems, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and providing support to end-users. - Work with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders across the group to design end-to-end solutions, keeping architecture principles, implementation, reporting, and supportability in mind. - Participate in the Solution Architecture Community to ensure template-wide consistency and share best practices. - Keep abreast of technology innovations and partner roadmaps, translating them into opportunities. - Play a key role in the release process for the hive, coordinating transports and participating in cross-hive release meetings. - Manage communication and knowledge transfer to the support team and M&A team. - Act as a contact point for support in case of complex technical questions or issues. - Maintain all required solution documents and technical documentation within your area. - Facilitate the implementation process as a member of the Core Design Group and Act Design Authority. Qualifications Required: - Hold a master's degree in IT, Business economics, or equivalent experience. - Have 5+ years of IS/IT, finance, controlling, and reporting related processes background. - Possess general knowledge of SAP ERP Platforms. - Experience with SAP FICO modules and PowerBI is a plus. - Familiarity with S/4HANA is advantageous. - Proficient in project management, specifically Agile methodology. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels. - Ability to plan, prioritize work, and coordinate with the team, including offshore resources and the support team. - Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
