Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Business Banking / Corporate clients for
Working Capital solutions
including:

Cash Credit (CC)
Overdraft (OD)
Fund-based and Non-Fund-based limits
Bank Guarantees (BG) and Letters of Credit (LC)

Drive end-to-end acquisition lifecycle including:

Lead generation and client prospecting
Financial analysis and credit assessment
Coordination for credit appraisal and sanction
Documentation, disbursement, and account activation

Build and manage relationships with promoters, CFOs, and finance teams of client organizations
Achieve assigned acquisition, disbursement, and revenue targets
Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory norms
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Credit, Operations, Legal, and Product teams
Identify cross-sell opportunities across CASA, Trade Finance, Forex, CMS, and other liability products

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum
4 years of experience
in Business Banking / Corporate Banking acquisition
Strong hands-on experience in
Working Capital products (CC/OD/LC/BG)
Experience in MSME / Mid-Corporate / Commercial Banking segments preferred
Sound understanding of financial statements, balance sheet analysis, and credit underwriting
Proven track record of new client acquisition and relationship management
