Acquisition Manager/Business development- Hospitality

As our first hire in the city, you will play a crucial role in driving local business growth for The Blue Kite. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding new properties, collaborating with photographers, designers, etc. - Overseeing the operations team (GRE, housekeeping staff) to ensure smooth daily operations. - Managing vendors for live properties to maintain quality and guest satisfaction. - Handling guest escalations, responding to online reviews, and fostering positive brand engagement. Basic Requirements: - Ideally 3-4 years of experience in onboarding properties or signing leases. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in overseeing hospitality operations and managing a team. Qualifications: - Proficiency in Business Operations and Operations Management. - Strong Analytical Skills and Program Management capabilities. - Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
