Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Trivandrum, India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in large organizations, preferably in Business Operations, Account Operations, or Project Management. ### Roles and Responsibility Support the program management office of ACP, including reporting, research, analysis, content development, and updating operations trackers. Prepare high-quality research reports or presentations on account or sector-related topics. Develop presentation packs for account meetings and summarize key discussion points and plans of action. Manage schedules and ensure timely delivery of tasks and activities. Assist in creative problem-solving at the program or account team level. Utilize secondary research and internal EY reports, databases, and other resources to provide insights and analysis on clients. ### Job Requirements Strong secondary research skills and insights-building capability. Experience in project coordination and command over English language for effective business communication. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, along with number crunching skills and comfort with basic applied mathematics. Good understanding of marketing and general management concepts, coupled with critical thinking and logical reasoning skills. Ability to develop alternatives and suggest best-suited solutions to problems. Willingness to occasionally stretch beyond normal working hours as needed.
