As a Transaction Advisory Manager with bilingual Japanese capabilities at Accenture Strategy's Transaction Advisory practice, your role will involve leading or supporting consulting projects focusing on business strategy, transformation, and sales acceleration for Japanese and global clients. You will be responsible for driving client-facing interactions in both Japanese and English, ensuring effective communication and cultural alignment. Additionally, you will contribute to opportunity origination, proposals, and orals to support global teams in winning work with Japanese clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading or supporting consulting projects with a focus on business strategy, transformation, and sales acceleration - Driving client-facing interactions in Japanese and English - Contributing to opportunity origination, proposals, and orals for winning work with Japanese clients - Supporting M&A-related initiatives such as target/company research, evaluation, commercial due diligence, and synergy assessment - Supporting integration/separation planning, operating model alignment, and value capture initiatives during deal execution and post-deal phases - Developing perspectives and thought leadership on Japan market trends and cross-border business opportunities As a Manager in this role, you are expected to: - Lead client engagements in strategy, transformation, and sales enablement for Japanese and global clients - Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as the bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global leadership - Contribute significantly to business development by driving proposals, pitching to clients, and identifying opportunities in the Japan market - Have mandatory exposure to M&A activities such as due diligence, integration, and synergy planning - Mentor bilingual consultants and analysts, and support the growth of the Japan-focused practice Your qualifications should include: - JLPT N1 or N2 level certification - 8+ years of post-MBA experience with strong consulting and sales/business development background - Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 institute About Accenture's M&A and Private Equity Consulting practice: Accenture's M&A and Private Equity Consulting practice partners with Private Equity firms and Corporate clients across the deal lifecycle, offering services from diligence and deal execution to integration, separation, and transformation.
