Description

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with 1-5 years of experience in data entry to join our team in Dubai, India. The ideal candidate will support our accounting department by managing financial data entries, assisting in the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate financial records
Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks
Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
Prepare and process invoices and payments
Assist in the audit process by providing necessary documentation
Maintain organized and accurate financial files and documentation

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks)
Strong Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
Good organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
