Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bookkeeping & Accounting

  • Issuing Sales Invoices.
  • Recording Purchase Invoices after reconciling with GSTR-2B.
  • Handling office expenses.
  • Posting and reconciling bank entries.
  • Managing and reconciling credit card statements.
  • Maintaining and updating the cash book.

2. Taxation

  • Computing taxes and preparing clients’ income tax returns.
  • Calculating GST, preparing monthly GST returns, and ensuring timely filing.

3. Payroll

  • Preparing the monthly salary sheet for employees.

4. Banking Work

  • Handling various bank-related tasks, documentation, and coordination when required.

5. Software Skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.

Office Timings-10am to 06pm, 6 days working
