Looking to hire for the post of Junior Accountant, who will work with team of Accountants in order to efficiently maintain finances and ensure necessary compliances. Responsibilities: Preparing Tax Invoices and generating E way Bills, RoC compliances. Maintaining & Preparing of Data entry of sales, purchase, cash, bank, Journal in Tally ERP. Filing of statutory returns & online payments of ESI & PF etc. Preparing payroll data, GST Filing, TDS/ TCS , PT filing, executing works at CA office, GST office, TDS office whenever required. Handling of petty cash & Banking operations. Perform Account Reconciliations, Month End Close activities, review of GLs, monthly accruals. Bill follow-up. Day-to-day data entry. Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Provide administrative assistance to the finance and commercial department. Additionally, any other work as may be necessary.
