Job Description

Job Description: Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and daily accounting entries.

Prepare, manage, and record Purchase Orders (POs).

Handle accounts payable and receivable.

Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and ledgers.

Prepare GST, TDS, and basic tax-related working (if required).

Manage and maintain invoice processing, bills, and vouchers.

Work on Tally Prime for data entry, reports, and accounting tasks.

Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and other documentation.

Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding accounts-related queries.

Ensure timely and accurate data management and record-keeping.

Requirements:

Good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting fundamentals.

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (mandatory).

Ability to create and manage Purchase Orders.

Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience (can be adjusted as per requirement).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Tally: 2 years (Preferred)
