Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts/Tax Officer located in Surat. The Accounts/Tax Officer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including tax preparation, ensuring tax compliance, managing financial records, and interpreting tax laws. The role also involves providing sound financial advice and supporting the firm’s clients in tax-related matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in Australian Accounting/Taxation/Payroll
• Must have Xero software knowledge
• Sound knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus
• Prior experience in the financial or tax consultancy industry is beneficial
