Accounts (US Accounting)

This is a remote position.

We are looking for motivated individuals with 1–2 years of experience in US accounting and bookkeeping to join our team as interns, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance. The role will focus on US bookkeeping, compliance, and accounting operations, with hands-on exposure to Zoho Books and other financial tools.

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities for US entities.
  

• Record, classify, and reconcile financial transactions in Zoho Books.
  

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  

• Assist with preparation of financial statements, reports, and compliance documentation.
  

• Work closely with the finance team on US GAAP accounting practices.
  

• Ensure adherence to Delaware state compliance and other regulatory requirements.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for accurate financial reporting.
  

• 1–2 years of experience in US accounting / bookkeeping.
  

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (or similar accounting software).
  

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP principles.
  

• US CPA (preferred).
  

• Familiarity with Delaware state compliance and telecom compliance (a plus).
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
