Job Description

Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including ledgers, journals, and databases.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in data entry.
Support the preparation and processing of invoices to clients and vendors.
Track payments and receipts to ensure proper cash flow management.
Help in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Help analyze and summarize financial data for management review.
Help with internal and external audit preparations by gathering required documentation and supporting evidence.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and responding to queries related to accounts.
