Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
Assist with tax filings and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Work closely with the management team to ensure the financial health of the business.
Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting.

Requirements:

Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
