Accounts Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, billing, and bookkeeping.
• Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, and tax compliance.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports.
• Process purchase orders, sales invoices, and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Coordinate with auditors and financial institutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Fresher or 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.

• Knowledge of Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
