Accounts Receivables

As an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist at our company, your role will involve managing the financial transactions for our production retail operations. Your attention to detail and experience in AR/AP roles will contribute to ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely processing of financial data, thereby enhancing the company's financial health and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer invoices, credit memos, and receipts accurately and on time. - Prepare and manage e-way bills and other necessary documentation. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies. - Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to maintain strong customer relationships. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (not mandatory). - 3+ years of experience in AR/AP roles, preferably in the retail or production industry. - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho books) and MS Office. - Strong understanding of financial processes, tax regulations, and compliance. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will also be expected to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards. You will support month-end and year-end closing activities, including account reconciliations, and ensure timely audit closures. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for audit purposes will be a crucial part of your role.
