Accounts Receivable

As an Accounts Receivable Associate at Voya India, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate processing and reporting of receivables. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in generating and sending invoices to customers accurately and on time. This involves prepping the monthly Bill Lines Report, usage files, validating system-generated invoices, correcting invoice presentation, and sending invoices to customers via email or portals. - Tracking outstanding receivables, following up on overdue accounts by sending Dunning emails, invoices, statements, or support requested by customers, and processing credit memos and month-end close activities. - Validating executed revenue contracts to ensure data accuracy between Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle by reviewing contracts, creating/correcting service contracts in SFDC, and reviewing subscriptions in Oracle Subscription Management post integration from SFDC. - Performing additional set up related to subscription and product status, updating subscriptions, and handling ad hoc projects involving revenue reporting and reconciliation. To excel in this role, you should have: - A Finance or Accounting degree with 4-9 years of experience - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in financial software like Oracle ERP, SFDC, and experience with Blackline account reconciliations - Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail - Effective communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions and team collaboration - Problem-solving and analytical skills - Exceptional organizational and time management abilities - Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.,
