Accounts Receivable Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AR and AP processes,

  including invoicing, vendor/customer reconciliation, and payment management.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions as per company policies and statutory norms.
• Manage aging reports, cash applications, and credit card transactions.
• Review customer/vendor credit applications and maintain master data setup.
• Support monthly and year-end closing activities and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Prepare weekly payment forecasts and cash flow statements.
• Handle audit requests and reconciliation of intercompany accounts.

• Lead and mentor a team, driving efficiency and accuracy in operations

Desired Candidate Profile

• 810 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or lead role.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, receivable, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• Hands-on experience with

  Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  and accounting systems;

  JD Edwards (JDE)

  experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
