Job Description

Accounts Receivable Executive

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes for US customers and distributors
Post and apply customer payments (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards)
Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances with US customers
Handle invoicing, credit memos, chargebacks, deductions, and adjustments
Reconcile customer accounts in compliance with US GAAP
Resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, and billing disputes
Support month-end and year-end closing activities for AR
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and accounting standards
Maintain accurate AR records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in US Accounts Receivable
Hands-on knowledge of US GAAP accounting
Experience handling AR (preferred)
Familiarity with chargebacks, deductions, and distributor payments
Experience working in US time zones / night shifts (Hence preferring Male candidates)
Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite / SAP / Oracle / QuickBooks preferred)
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, AR aging analysis)
Strong written and verbal communication skills for US customer interaction
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ownership and accountability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in night shifts
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
2-5 years of experience
