Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data from various sources (Excel sheets, images, etc.) into our Netsuite database.
  • Database Creation: Build and maintain comprehensive databases for physicians and pharmacies by leveraging Google and other trusted resources.
  • Data Cleaning: Conduct regular file cleaning of existing and new databases to ensure data quality and relevance for different marketing projects.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and audit data for accuracy, identifying discrepancies and correcting errors in a timely manner.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Leads to understand data needs and provide necessary support.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing streamlined data entry processes and best practices to enhance efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and organized documentation of data entry procedures and project specifications.
  • Data Security: Adhere to data privacy and security standards to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications:

  • Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
  • Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of database systems, preferably Netsuite or similar platforms.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality data entry.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify data discrepancies and implement effective solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • Related Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in database or similar roles.

Requirements:

Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles.

Familiarity with CRM systems or other database management tools.

Knowledge of data cleaning techniques and methodologies.
