Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented B. Com fresher (Male) to join our Finance team as an Accounts Receivable Executive. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills—both verbal and written—along with a basic understanding of accounting principles. This role involves assisting in maintaining accurate records of customer payments, monitoring outstanding invoices, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Accounts Receivable process by managing and tracking customer invoices and payments.
• Communicate with clients via email and phone regarding payment reminders, invoice clarifications, and account statements.
• Maintain up-to-date billing system and customer accounts in ERP or accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and assist in month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with the Finance team for resolving discrepancies or issues in billing or collections.
• Prepare periodic reports on receivables status and share updates with management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Freshers can apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP preferred).
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Attributes:

• Internship or project experience in accounting or finance will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills for client coordination and internal communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,079.96 - ₹15,000.00 per month
