Role & responsibilities Job Title: Angular Developer (3+ Years Experience) Location: Chennai Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Angular Developer with 3 + years of experience to join our team in Chennai . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Angular (12+), TypeScript, JavaScript, and frontend development . You will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable, and maintainable web applications while collaborating with backend teams and UX designers. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain Angular applications (Angular 12+) . Implement responsive UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap/Tailwind CSS . Work with RxJS, Observables, and Angular Forms (Reactive & Template-driven) . Optimize performance using lazy loading, module bundling, and code splitting . Integrate with RESTful APIs and handle HTTP requests using Angular HttpClient . Implement state management using NgRx, Akita, or other state management libraries . Develop reusable components, directives, and services for modular development. Write unit tests using Jasmine, Karma and end-to-end tests with Protractor/Cypress. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of tickets. Log, track, and manage support tickets using the company's ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical teams or departments for further investigation and resolution. Ensure all tickets are updated regularly with progress and resolution details. Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their issues. Ensure clear, concise, and empathetic communication, maintaining a professional and positive attitude. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including development, QA, and product management, to resolve issues and implement solutions. Act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure accurate problem interpretation and resolution. Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference and knowledge sharing. Prepare regular reports on ticket status, resolution times, and customer feedback. Preferred candidate profile Any Bachelor's degree. B.Sc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field with computer background would be added advantage.
