Accounts Receivable caller

As an AR Caller / Senior AR Executive at Wave Online (Cochin), a rapidly growing healthcare BPO specializing in end-to-end revenue cycle management, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Review and analyze accounts receivable reports to ensure timely follow-up on outstanding claims. - Initiate calls to insurance companies to address pending claims or denials. - Efficiently handle claim rejections, denials, and follow-up processes. - Work on bundled claims and have a thorough understanding of authorization processes. - Meet client-specific KPIs and productivity targets. - Accurately document all activities in the client system. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AR Calling / Denial Management, preferably in Physician Billing. - In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in handling AR claim processing, including bundles and authorization requirements. - Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written). - Willingness to work in night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST). - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
