Accounts Receivable Caller

Role Overview: As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be managing outbound calls to students regarding due and overdue fees. You will be crucial in maintaining and updating client records with appropriate communication details in CRM. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of these records. Additionally, your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to effectively handle difficult conversations with students regarding their fees. Key Responsibilities: - Manage outbound calls to students regarding due and overdue fees - Maintain and update client records with appropriate communication details in CRM - Ensure accuracy and completeness of client records - Handle difficult conversations with students regarding their fees Qualifications Required: - Graduation degree in any field - Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in accounts receivable or collections - High level of attention to detail - Excellent organizational skills - Effective communication skills - Experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as XERO is beneficial - Proficiency in customer service and data entry,
