As an AR Associate/Sr AR Associate, your role will involve AR Calling & Follow-Up, where you will: - Investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims, while assisting patients with insurance benefits and balances. - Document all interactions, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the billing system. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Minimum HSC/Graduate qualification. - 1-4 years of experience in AR/Denial Management for Physician Billing. The company is located in Andheri Chandivali and operates on a night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM, with a 5-day working week and Saturday and Sunday off.
