Role & responsibilities We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to support our operations for a U.S.-based client. This role involves handling administrative tasks, data entry, documentation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth backend operations. Freshers with strong communication and computer skills are encouraged to apply. Perform data entry and back-office processing tasks accurately and efficiently Handle documentation, records management, and internal reporting Review and verify data, invoices, or transactions as per SOPs Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies Ensure timely task completion while meeting quality standards Respond to emails and internal queries in a professional manner Follow instructions from team leads and work collaboratively Preferred candidate profile Minimum Qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, etc.) Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply Comfortable working night shifts to support US business hours Good written and verbal communication skills in English Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace, typing, etc.) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively Preferred (Not Mandatory): Previous experience in back-office, data entry, or BPO environment Typing speed of 30+ WPM with high accuracy
