Job Description

Payments Management

Ensure all inward payments are accurately coded, investigated, and applied to appropriate contracts.
Manage EFT/Wire payments and unidentified payments by posting them correctly to suspense accounts.
Oversee pre-authorized payments, ensuring timely posting of payments and returned transactions.
Process internal requests such as payment transfers, fee adjustments, and cash adjustments (with proper authorization).

Operations & Compliance

Maintain proper records, adhering to internal policies, procedures, and controls.
Review and update procedures, training manuals, and reports regularly.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and SLAs.
Provide back-up support for other AR team members when required.

Collaboration & Reporting

Build and maintain consultative relationships with internal stakeholders.
Assist with documentation, archiving, and special projects as assigned by management.
Ensure timely and accurate updates in DLLs backend systems.

Requirements

Post-secondary education (mandatory).
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry/keying skills.
Prior experience in Finance or Operations within leasing/financing industry is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and embrace change.
Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficient in
MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
.
Self-directed, goal-oriented, and comfortable in an empowered work environment.
Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to work independently as well as in a team.
