The Center provides access to specialized talent, industry best practices, and collaboration opportunities across all Brands. **Key Responsibilities:** - Address system, operational, and external issues promptly, taking ownership of the end-to-end process. - Set up and maintain records and files related to customer remittance and accounts receivable posting transactions, including performing GL reconciliations. - Collaborate with the Transformation Team/Opex team for continuous improvement initiatives and projects. - Ensure adherence to standard processes, documentation, and updates in compliance with guidelines and business needs. - Process sub-team operations, including handling tickets from multiple OTC teams and performing ad hoc O2C tasks. - Maintain good communication with banks, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree - 3-5 years of broad job knowledge - Knowledge of OTC Cash Application/Allocation - Experience with working on multiple bank accounts/currencies (preferable) - Proficiency in SAP Fica, MS Office, Google Chrome - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills - Team-oriented with a service-oriented approach - Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and with discipline - Persistent, with a sense of urgency and a creative mindset - Strong organizational and prioritization skills - Internationally focused with an awareness of different cultures **Additional Details:** Booking Holdings is the world leader in online travel and related services, with a mission to make travel experiences easier for everyone.
