Accounts Payable Team Leader

Role Overview: As a PTP Team Lead at Kimberly-Clark, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team, overseeing end-to-end AP processes, and driving continuous improvement. Your role will involve ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while developing talent and fostering strong partnerships across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with SOX, CFI, and local statutory requirements. - Drive KPI performance, DPO improvement, and internal customer satisfaction. - Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives. - Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Foster a culture of coaching, collaboration, and continuous learning. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business. - 3+ years of experience managing teams in a shared services or GBS environment. - Strong knowledge of AP systems and controls; SAP experience preferred. - Fluent English communication (C1 level). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems. - Experience in Lean Six Sigma or project management is a plus.
