Accounts Payable Representative

Job Description: As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing vendor invoices, credit card expenses, and AP records with high accuracy and timely processing. Your role will involve reviewing, verifying, and approving vendor invoices, processing and recording credit card and other expense entries, resolving invoice issues with vendors and internal teams, and assisting with AP reconciliations and month-end tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Review, verify, and approve vendor invoices. - Process and record credit card and other expense entries. - Resolve invoice issues with vendors and internal teams. - Assist with AP reconciliations and month-end tasks. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (BBA or B.Com). - Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, basic data analysis). - Experience using at least two accounting software. - English communication skills above average. - Ability to work 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (IST).
