Accounts Payable - Jr. Process Analyst

You will be responsible for auditing and reconciling vendor invoices under supervision. Your main tasks will include reconciling and auditing exception-based invoices accurately and efficiently, updating and maintaining vendor accounts, resolving quality control issues, meeting productivity requirements, and resolving problem invoices urgently. You will also be expected to follow standard procedures, introduce new procedures into your daily routine, and maintain professional and productive communication with internal customers. To qualify for this position, you should have a B.Com, M.com or equivalent degree, or a High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant work experience. Additionally, you should have at least six months of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance. In terms of skills, you should have the ability to read and interpret documents, calculate figures and amounts, apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions, and deal with problems in standardized situations. Proficiency in accounting software, database software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Problem-solving skills, team handling ability, and good verbal and written communication skills are also essential. The work environment may involve using motor coordination with finger dexterity, exerting physical effort in handling objects, and being exposed to physical occupational risks occasionally. You may also be exposed to elements such as dirt, odors, noise, and weather extremes rarely. The pace of work is fast, as meeting vendor expectations requires working in a very urgent environment.
