Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices for accuracy, validity, and appropriate approvals (primarily for international vendors).
  
• Handle payments
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/global tax regulations (e.g., VAT, GST, WHT).
  
• Maintain accurate records of all payable transactions and assist with month-end closing activities.
  
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues.
  
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance preferred).
  
• 13 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably handling international processes.
  
• Familiarity with accounting software like SAP,
  
• Good understanding of global payment processes
  
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication skills (spoken and written English is a must).
  
• Ability to work in night shifts or overlap with international time zones.
  

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Knowledge of international tax and regulatory compliance
