Accounts Payable Data Cleansing

You will be part of the Critical Care (or relevant business unit) within the Finance department on a 1-year fixed contract at Kurla with low travel requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to clean and prepare legacy financial data to facilitate a successful migration to SAP. This will involve reviewing and resolving open items in vendor and general ledger accounts, as well as sanitizing and formatting data for upload. Ensuring data accuracy and integrity is crucial in this role to guarantee that the financial data is clean, consistent, and migration-ready for a smooth transition to the new system. You will report directly to the Finance Controller and will not have any direct reports. Key internal stakeholders you will collaborate with include Supply Chain, Shared Services, Procurement, and Central Functions, while external stakeholders will include Vendors and Banks. To qualify for this role, you need to be a graduate in any discipline with hands-on experience in SAP ECC 6.0, specifically in the Financial Information module. A strong understanding of financial data structures, reconciliation, and cleansing processes is essential. Your ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies, along with being detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, will be crucial for success in this position.,
