Position Title: Data Migration and Cleaning – Accounts Payable & General Ledger

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for cleaning and preparing legacy financial data to support a successful migration to SAP. Key responsibilities include reviewing and resolving open items in vendor and general ledger accounts, sanitizing and formatting data for upload, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The role is critical in ensuring that the financial data is clean, consistent, and migration-ready to enable a smooth transition into the new system.

Reporting to: Finance Controller
Direct Reports: None

Key Stakeholders

Internal: Supply Chain, Shared Services, Procurement, Central Functions
External: Vendors, Banks

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline

Experience & Skills Required

• 5–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, or related financial functions

• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0, particularly in the Financial Information module

• Strong understanding of financial data structures, reconciliation, and cleansing processes

• Proven ability to identify, analyze, and resolve data discrepancies

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
