Accounts Payable

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Staff Accountant with a positive, can-do attitude and a self-starter who is eager to learn our systems and processes, follow instructions, and become a key part of our team. Your success in this role will be driven by your self-motivation, attention to detail, and experience in day-to-day accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include participating in month-end close processes such as preparing journal entries, reconciling balance sheets, and providing commentary on various financial areas like cash, credit cards, employee expenses, and accruals. You will research and resolve discrepancies related to account reconciliations, review expense reports for compliance, and maintain strong vendor relationships by responding promptly to inquiries. Additionally, you will analyze financial data, identify process improvement opportunities, and support internal and external audits. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of progressive work experience. Experience with GAAP Accounting, general ledger close processes, and strong Excel skills are essential. You must possess strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with business partners. Being a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment is crucial, and any knowledge of Oracle is a plus.
