Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Verify receipts and supporting documentation, ensuring all evidence is attached and legible.
Review lease agreements and employee expense reports to ensure accuracy, compliance with policies, and proper documentation before entry.
Process approved expense reports and corporate credit card transactions in the companys expense management system within specified timelines.
Conduct monthly reconciliations of prepaid expense accounts and vendor balances, investigating any discrepancies.
Coordinate with the Corporate AP team during lease accounting audits, providing necessary schedules and reports along with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
Validate and process invoices and subcontractor payment requests for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
Maintain accurate digital records of invoices, approvals, and payment confirmations, ensuring adherence to company policies.

Qualifications for the Role:

Bachelor's or master's degree in commerce, accounting or any related field.
Experience of 3 to 5 years in the accounting sector.
Proven basic accounting knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
Proficient in working with the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with ERP solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

This position is expected to provide back-office support to an US based supply chain company.
