Job Description

This position is expected to provide back-office support to an US based supply chain company.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process payment requests in compliance with company policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash balances and verified vendor banking details to mitigate fraud risk.
Coordinate with AP, Treasury, and Procurement teams to resolve discrepancies, manage urgent payment requests, and ensure accurate posting and reconciliation of payments in the ERP system.
Manage vendor onboarding by reviewing and validating documentation.
Resolve setup discrepancies with project teams and periodically cleaned up inactive or duplicate vendor records.
Coordinate the collection and review of monthly project-office bank reconciliations
Independently reconcile multiple HQ bank accounts with high transaction volumes and ensure timely closure of accounts.
Develop and maintain Treasury resources and training materials along with providing support during audits and delivering additional treasury and financial reporting support as required.

Qualifications for the Role:

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or any related field.
Experience of 5 to 7 years in the Accounting sector.
Proven intermediate accounting and banking knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills.
Proficient in working with the Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with ERP solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
