Accounts Payable Accountant

As a Junior Accountant at our company, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices, employee travel and expense claims, and daily expense validation and review. You will also be required to manage vendor queries, employee expense management, and reconciliations, as well as monthly reconciliation of credit cards. Additionally, you will calculate and prepare monthly SLA for management reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Processing invoices with accuracy and timeliness - Daily invoice validation & review - Processing employee travel and expense claims with accuracy and timeliness - Daily expense validation & review strictly following approved company policy - Timely tracking and resolution of vendor and employee queries - Vendor management, employee expense management, and reconciliations - Monthly reconciliation of credit cards - Calculate and prepare monthly SLA for management reporting Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping - Strong technology skills, especially in Microsoft Excel - Prior experience working in SAP BYD and Concur preferred - Flexibility to work in the UK time zone - Experience working in a third-party client setup - Experience managing project work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills In addition, it is worth noting that this is a full-time job with the requirement to work in person at the designated work location.,
