Job Description

Job Title : Accounts Officer

Responsibilities for Account Officer

Should be familiar with the accounting software Tally ERP
Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment
Must be capable of doing Bank reco,BRS
Should have knowledge of TDS , making Trial Balance and Final Accounts
Able to liaison with third party like Banks , Govt. Bodies Independently
Ensure school financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
Generate financial reports for review regulatory authorities

Qualifications for Account Officer

Candidate must be B.com and Master in Commerce
Must have at least 3 years of working exp.
Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational skills
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Prior experience working with financial accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
