Position

Role Overview:

Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
bank reconciliation
and monitor daily banking transactions.
Handle
purchase bill booking
and service provider bill accounting in SAP.
Ensure accurate
GST compliance
, including return filing support, reconciliation, and documentation.
Manage
TDS accounting
, deductions, and compliance as per statutory norms.
Prepare and maintain
MIS reports
for management review.
Work extensively on
SAP (FI module)
and related
T-codes
for accounting entries.
Coordinate with internal departments and auditors for smooth financial operations.
Maintain proper accounting records in compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong working knowledge of
GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Hands-on experience in
SAP (FI module & T-codes)
Proficiency in
bank reconciliation and vendor accounting
Good command over
MS Excel and MIS reporting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective communication and coordination abilities
