Accounts Officer

As an Accounts Officer at AESL, your role will involve managing all the administration-related tasks on a daily basis. This includes overseeing day-to-day office activities, recording attendance, and supervising front desk operations along with dispatch, housekeeping staff, and supplies. You will be responsible for taking instructions from the Branch Head and coordinating the booking and management of training, meeting programs, and other official activities. Key Responsibilities: - Maintenance, replacement, and repair of office assets - Arrangements for stationary, housekeeping, tea, coffee, snacks, lunch, and first aid - Acting as a central point of reference for internal and external queries - Managing all out office and ad hoc activities Qualification Required: - Graduate Please note that only male candidates are preferred for this position.
