Job Description :-

Manage end-to-end Modern Trade Accounts Receivable process including invoicing, deposit processing, and collections follow-up.

Candidate will be preferred if he has knowledge of E-commerce and Modern Trade accounting.

Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the accounts department.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements (P&L) and cash flow statements.

· Prepare monthly bank and credit card reconciliations ensuring the accuracy of cash reporting.

· Prepare and file tax returns GST, TDS in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

· Stay updated on changes in tax laws and ensure timely payments to avoid penalties.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting roles.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

· Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting standards.

· Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a high level of integrity.
