Job Description

As a Finance Lead in our company, your role will involve taking the lead in the company's share issue procedures. This includes managing Company valuation processes, preparing projections, and ensuring statutory documents are shared with stakeholders and ROC. Your communication skills will be essential in liaising with Valuers to explain projections and the logic behind them. You will also be responsible for preparing share issue offer documents, documenting Company statutory meetings, passing resolutions, and notifying ROC. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing budgets and conducting regular analysis to compare financial performance against projections. Your qualifications should include having cleared at least one group of CA IPCC and possessing 3 years of quality Articleship experience in a Chartered Accountants firm. Proficiency in using Excel to an intermediate level, the ability to work independently, and exceptional team leadership skills are preferred. You should also have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Salary for this position ranges from 5 to 6 LPA. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our location.,
