Job Description:
* Prepare and analyze financial statements for real estate properties.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable specific to litigation cases.
* Maintain detailed client records, track project progress, and manage financial data for litigation cases.
* Manage and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable litigation cases.
* Ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations.
* Generate and oversee budgets and forecasts.
* Analyze and report on the financial performance of properties.
* Coordinate with property managers to track and manage financial transactions.
* Assist in the preparation of audits and tax filings.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
