About the Role

Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting.
Lead and supervise a team of two accounts executives.
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
Prepare and review MIS reports, cash flow statements, Balance Sheets and other financial summaries.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
Ensure cost control and financial discipline in line with manufacturing industry practices.
Use
Tally ERP
for accounting operations and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
510 years of experience
in accounts, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Hands-on experience with
Tally ERP
is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Ability to manage and mentor a small team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to face
in-person interviews
