Currently, the SSLC @ PARIKSHE Program is being run through a dedicated YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/@SSLCPARIKSHE) and the recently launched PARIKSHE App with content in both live and asynchronous forms. With over 2.5 lakh active users in the academic year 2024-25, the SSLC @ PARIKSHE Program is the most widely used learning platform by SSLC students in Karnataka.
PARIKSHE is now launching a new YouTube channel for PUC Karnataka and this role will dedicatedly be aligned to the PUC channel. At PARIKSHE, we believe that learning is most effective when it happens in the students mother tongue.
That is why our teaching approach is bilingual (Kannada-plus-English) ensuring simplicity, clarity, deeper understanding and better academic outcomes for our students.
- Academic Coordination: Oversee and guide content alignment across subjects to ensure
pedagogical consistency.- Faculty Leadership: Act as a mentor to junior faculty, helping them improve their teaching style and video presence.- Training & Development: Conduct internal training sessions to enhance subject delivery and use of ed-tech tools.- Performance Monitoring: Review faculty performance and provide feedback for improvement.- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to enhance the overall learning experience for students.This leadership track will be offered based on experience, demonstrated skills, and performance within the role.
