Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Client Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including system setup, data migration, and client training.
System & Process Setup
Configure and optimize Xero / QuickBooks environments (bank feeds, chart of accounts, rules, automation, reporting).
Policy Rollout & Tracking
– Implement accounting policies, SOPs, and best practices across client portfolios; monitor adherence and update policies when required.
Cashflow & Budgeting
– Build and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets; provide insights to clients for financial planning.
Month-End & Year-End
– Lead the close process including reconciliations, ledger reviews, variance analysis, adjustments, and year-end audit support.
Process Documentation
– Create, update, and maintain SOPs, trackers, and checklists to ensure consistent and scalable operations.
Collaboration
– Work closely with internal pods/teams to assign responsibilities, ensure smooth workflow execution, and provide quality outputs.
Client Interaction
– Communicate directly with clients to explain processes, reports, and policies in clear professional English.
Continuous Improvement
– Identify gaps, recommend automation, and enhance efficiency in client onboarding and accounting operations.
