Accounts & International Trade Coordinator (Entry-Level)

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accounts & International Trade Coordinator to join our team in Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow in the fields of finance and international trade operations. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the accounts team by assisting in daily accounting activities such as data entry, ledger updates, and bank reconciliation. Additionally, you will play a key role in preparing invoices, handling export/import documentation (including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents), and coordinating with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth shipment movements. Maintaining shipment records, updating status reports, and assisting in expense verification and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com/BBA degree or any other degree with a background in Mathematics or Accounting. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and export/import procedures is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication is essential, along with strong coordination and organizational skills. A willingness to learn and grow within the company is highly valued. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package of 15,000 - 18,000/month plus allowances.
