Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Accounts & International Trade Coordinator to support our accounts team and handle export/import coordination. This role is ideal for candidates seeking growth in both finance and international trade operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting activities, including data entry and ledger updates.
• Prepare invoices and assist in bank reconciliation.
• Support preparation of export/import documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, suppliers, and customers for shipment movements.
• Maintain shipment records and update status reports.
• Assist in expense verification and reporting.

Location: Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra

Requirements:

• B.Com/BBA or any degree with Mathematics/Accounting.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and export/import procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000/month + allowances.
